I can lead a horse to water,

but I can't make it drink.

I am done trying to help people who does not want to be helped.

Starting this journey I wish that I had someone like me to help myself in dire need.

Helping people does not mean burning myself that I myself can't function cause really did they even ask me to do that?

Some people might feel entitled to that as I have been doing that to cater to their whims just to keep the peace.

Being kind does not berate the truth.
